comfort pilot project for the city of Milan, through the creation of large open areas, hanging gardens and condominium gardens, low consumption reinforced by the integral execution (9 floors) with wooden structure technology “X-lam”.
The project involves the construction of 130 energy class A homes. In addition to the homes, the construction of a garage, common co-housing spaces, 7 shops, a civic centre, a rehabilitation health centre, the renovation of an existing farmhouse, urbanization and landscape works.
