PAN Associati, together with Politecna Europa and Poleis, is among the winners of the design ideas competition for the redevelopment of the former prison in Oristano.
The team composed of Politecna Europa (lead consultant), PAN Associati and Poleis was awarded first prize in the design ideas competition for the redevelopment of the former prison in Piazza Manno, Oristano.
The project proposes the transformation of the complex into the new headquarters of the Prefecture, integrating institutional functions with spaces open to the public, with the aim of returning a historically closed site to a more accessible and civic dimension. The intervention enhances the existing architectural structure through a process of adaptive reuse, establishing a dialogue between the memory of the site and a renewed urban centrality.
