13th Barcelona International Landscape Biennial 2025

The Parco della Pace project was selected among the eight finalists for the Rosa Barba International Landscape Prize at the 13th Barcelona International Landscape Biennial.

From 17 to 21 November 2025, Barcelona hosted the 13th International Landscape Biennial, one of the leading events dedicated to debate and experimentation in the field of landscape architecture. The COAC and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya promoted an extensive program of exhibitions, workshops, and symposia, focusing on climate challenges and on the role of design as a tool for ecological, urban, and social regeneration.

Within the Biennial, the Rosa Barba Casanovas International Landscape Prize held a central position, selecting eight finalist projects from diverse geographical contexts. The jury—composed of Kate Orff, Bruno Marques, Michel Desvigne, Henry Crothers, and Laura Zampieri—evaluated the works according to the strength of their vision, methodological innovation, and their tangible impact on contemporary landscape transformations.

In this context, Parco della Pace, developed in collaboration with EMF – Estudi Martí Franch Arquitectura del Paisatge, Studio Franco Zagari, and ITS Engineering, was shortlisted among the eight finalists for the 2025 Rosa Barba Prize.

This achievement represents a significant recognition of the design vision and research carried forward by PAN Associati within the international disciplinary landscape.
