Siamo orgogliosi di annunciare che il progetto di requalification of coastal and dunal landscapes in Castellaneta Marina, authored PAN Associati in RTP with Ing. Vito dell’Erba, Ing. Andrea Romano e Ing. Angela Laterza,has conquered the 2nd prize in the cathegory I – Tourism Landscape of the prestigious City’s Scape Award 2025 organized by Paysage-Topscape. the recognition has been assigned during the symposium at the Triennale di Milano, an event dedicated to innovation and urban sustainability.
the èroject was proposed to the jury with the following presentation:
An emblematic project of coastal environmental redevelopment that combines ecology, sustainability and responsible tourism. The dunes of Castellaneta Marina have been restored with advanced naturalistic techniques, restoring balance to habitats and strengthening climate resilience. Light walkways and educational routes allow conscious use, combining environmental protection and accessibility. A virtuous example of landscape as an ecological and cultural infrastructure.
